Used Jersey Girl Ballons for my son's graduation party. They were amazing, very accommodating, especially with my many questions because my daughter wanted to be Included in the decisions. They explained how to set up perfectly (I wanted to wait because our event was later in the day). It came out great. Received many compliments. Will use them again!

When I reached out to Jersey Girl Balloons to decorate the venue for my daughter's bridal shower brunch, I had a vision in my mind. Well, these girls took that vision AND KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! I can't recommend Jersey Girl Balloons enough! This is the third event they've done for me and everything is perfect. They take the time to go over all the details, help with suggestions, and go above and beyond. When they came to set up they had extra materials to add anything if needed on the spot! Christine and Michelle did a truly tremendous job for my son’s Law School graduation. University of Miami orange and green was bursting from every corner of the room. The balloon wall was like something I have never seen and made the perfect backdrop for family photos and more! The lighted center pieces looked like floating hot air balloons and really made the room sparkle after dark. Working with Christine and Michelle was a true pleasure throughout the entire process. They truly made my vision come to life. I am Looking forward to the next opportunity to work with them!

We’ll respond to your inquiry within 2 business days. Please note that any inquiries sent on the weekends may not be responded to until the following Monday. Our busiest setup days are Saturdays & Sundays.
We establish the balloon requirements and pricing and send out a quote.
We send you an invoice upon booking. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If we do not receive a deposit, your date is not confirmed.
We LOVE to create new & unique balloon displays! We have a passion for combining colors, learning new techniques, and perfecting every last detail! We pride ourselves on making our customers happy and love working with our repeat clientele.
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. While we keep standard balloon colors in stock, we do not keep all colors, sizes, foils, etc. Once you book your date, we order the materials for your event. The balloon industry is still dealing with a supply & demand issue from covid. Certain colors, sizes, and brands are hard to get ahold of and we need time to make sure we have the proper supplies.
No, we do not use Amazon, Party City, Walmart, Target or Dollar Tree balloons. Jersey Girl Balloons uses only the highest quality balloons that we purchase from our wholesale distributors. These balloons are not only the best quality, but they also contain no plastic and come in a variety of sizes needed for the perfect display.
Yes, we charge for delivery. We charge per mile, round trip.
Yes, we have a minimum charge of $300 for us to deliver.
Yes, we have a grab-and-go option for those that wish to install themselves. These start at 4ft and go up to 9ft. For anything over 9ft, we suggest we professionally install it.
Grab & Go Garlands, Helium Bunches, Bouquets, and some Balloon Columns. A large SUV, with the seats down would be required.
Our large balloon bouquets are approximately 4ft x 4ft. We also make medium bouquets and small number stacks. The sizes do vary depending on the client. Our balloon columns start at 4 ft & can go up to 8ft.
We are currently booking several months in advance. If your date & venue are set, please reach out to Jersey Girl Balloons via our inquiry form. We can get you started so you have one less item on your to-do list! Any bookings under 2 weeks are subject to a RUSH Fee of $50 + the cost of express shipping to get the necessary supplies in on time.
We can customize to the exact balloon color you want! We double stuff balloons to achieve different colors. If you see something you like, please forward us a picture with your inquiry form so we can let you know if the balloons are a custom color. Due to the popularity of balloons, many of the major manufacturers are coming out with “NEW” colors all the time. Please note: double stuffing uses double the material and therefore, double the cost.
We take Cash, Zelle, Venmo & most major credit cards.
Yes, we invoice all of our clients upon confirming your order.
We understand life happens. If your event is canceled, you will have six months from the date of the originally booked event to reschedule. Anything after 6 months will not be refunded. Additionally, the theme and colors need to remain the same as the original event. Any changes may result in additional fees. Please note, with the rise in inflation, we try to keep our pricing the same, but certain circumstances, i.e. gas prices, may cause your delivery fee to change.
We require a minimum of 2 hours prior to your event for installation of organic balloon garland, semi-arches, and arches. Balloon Columns, Balloon Centerpieces and Balloon Bouquets will be on a case-by-case basis, depending on the order.
We do not conduct site visits unless the customer requests one or the balloon build is of a large capacity. Customer-requested site visits will be billed accordingly.
Balloon displays cannot be guaranteed once we deliver & set up. We only use the highest quality balloons, but environmental factors, sun, heat, cold, humidity, grass, rough surfaces, children and pets can all cause a display to deflate or pop prematurely. Anything we pop during delivery or set up is always replaced.
